UCC have advanced to the Fitzgibbon Cup final after a one-point victory, with the outcome being decided in dramatic circumstances.
It was an incredible exhibition of hurling as both sides produced some magnificent scores. These two efforts were the pick of the bunch in the opening half.

It was DCU who led in the closing stages of the game, with this cracking point from Mark Kehoe levelling the game heading into injury time.

It looked like the next point would be the deciding one, with both teams gunning for that score. Up steps Mark Coleman.
The Cork native pointed an absolutely stunning sideline cut in the 65th minute, which was enough to secure the win for his side.

UCC will now face IT Carlow in the final, who overcame Mary Immaculate of Limerick earlier this afternoon. The Cork college won the competition last year and will be hoping to retain the trophy for the first time since 2013.
