Dublin's big day out was a roaring success as the travelling faithful watched their side trounce Laois at Nowlan Park.
The Dubs were rarely troubled by their 14-man opponents, though did have to withstand a ropey spell at the start of the second half as Laois scored 2-1 without reply.
The real action took place after the final whistle, however, when the cameras panned across the Sky Sports studio and Jim Gavin was just...there. It looked weird.
For one thing, Gavin was staunch in his decision not to move his hands from his hips even once during the interview. The whole thing just seemed really peculiar, perhaps considering we're used to only ever seeing managers interact with panellists over the camera, while wearing the headphones, in front of a heavily sponsored backdrop.
Not today, said Sky Sports, who could surely have offered Gavin a chair - or something - to make the whole setup seem slightly more conventional.

Sky also fell victim to today's Christy Ring Cup final controversy, showing a final score that was definitely not the final score...or was it? Does anybody even know?
