What a start to the second half! After a thrilling first half in Croke Park, we were unsure if the second period could keep up the pace. We never should have doubted them.
Dublin scored a goal straight from the throw-in, with Eoin Murchan scoring a magnificent solo effort. However, he was only able to do so after a big error from David Moran.
The Kerry midfielder went up unchallenged at the throw-in he didn't catch the ball. Instead he opted to punch it forward, straight into the arms of Murchan.
It is also worth noting that Murchan took about 10 steps before finishing the chance and it probably should not have counted.

A big error from Moran, but should it have been disallowed? We would argue it should, but it is rare you see a referee pull a player in such circumstances.
Some game all the same.
