Éamonn Fitzmaurice was named Kerry Senior football manager last August but his name still hasn't sunk in with Joe Brolly.

As the Sunday Game panel discussed who would be the likely winner of the Munster Championship. Brolly referred to how "Brosnan" would "tap into that deep Kerry vibe of football" and how the team would have faith in him because "he's been one of their own recently".
Pat Spillane took exception to this and wanted to know what the hell Brolly was on about.
!Éamonn Fitzmaurice did spend much of his time as a Kerry player at centre-back, so presumably there was a little mix-up in Brolly's mind with Kerry's current centre-back, Eoin Brosnan.
