The Cavan Ladies inter-county team may have revolutionised gaelic football training. The 'dizzy penalties are here and the results are as funny as you'd expect with many missing the ball completely and one or two close to getting sick in the process.

Hopefully the ladies have recovered by this weekend as they take on Donegal in the hope of maintaining their unbeaten record in the Tesco Homegrown NFL Division 2 League.
