Tyrone are set to face off against Roscommon this weekend as the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship reaches the preliminary quarter-final stage. Here's everything you need to know about Tyrone v Roscommon.

For Tyrone, they will be hoping to continue their winning form in the Sam Maguire Cup. The Red Hands started off with a 0-21 to 0-14 defeat away to Donegal before bouncing back with a 3-15 to 0-10 win over Clare at home in round two.

Tyrone would then face off against Cork in the final round of fixtures with a potential place in the quarter-finals at stake. A goal from Ben Cullen helped Tyrone grab a 1-18 to 0-17 win but Donegal's win against Clare meant that the Red Hands finished second in Group 3.

In Roscommon's case, they will be looking to continue their winning ways after jump-starting their Sam Maguire campaign after a difficult start. The Rossie's began the round-robins with a heavy 2-19 to 0-13 loss to Dublin in Croke Park before losing a close game 2-14 to 1-15 at home to Connacht rivals Mayo.

That set up a win-or-go-home situation for Davy Burke's side against Cavan, where goals from Diarmuid Murtagh, Brian Stack, and Enda Smith gave the Rossie's a crucial 3-20 to 1-20 win and a place in the preliminary quarter-finals.
