Dublin have done it. They are All-Ireland football champions for 2019, after beating winning today's replay. Kerry made it very uncomfortable for them for 35 minutes, and the match was level at halftime. But after a crazy Eoin Murchan goal right off the restart, Dublin grinded out a 1-18 to 0-15 victory to seal their seventh All-Ireland of the decade and fifth in a row. There were virtuoso performances from Ciaran Kilkenny, Mick Fitzsimmons, the aforementioned Murcan and the imperious Con O'Callagha

They have not lost a Championship match since 2014 and are now definitively the greatest team of all time.

Twitter was flooded with tributes to the all-conquering Dublin.
