Dr Crokes completed a clean sweep in Kerry this year, winning the club title and the Division one League before rounding it off with the big one, the county championship last Sunday.
Their 14th county championship, it sent them to the top of the roll of honour for the most Bishop Moynihan Cups, one ahead of rivals Austin Stacks.
The Killarney kingpins got off to a slow start in the game with the in-form Dylan Geaney swinging over a flurry of points, racing into a 0-5 to 0-1 lead early on.
It turned out to be a case of 'goals win games' though with green flags from Evan Looney, David Shaw and Kieran O'Leary turning the tide in the direction of Pat O'Shea's side, steering them towards their first county championship since 2018.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder and there were joyous scenes of celebration after the match, with Crokes now set for a Munster club campaign.

First up is a mammoth clash against reigning Munster champs Castlehaven in the quarter final, due to take place on November 9/10.
Manager Pat O'Shea has been hailed by Crokes' player Mícheál Burns as a 'crazy genius,' playing a huge part in their return to supremacy.
“O’Shea is a genius, knowing when to create space, when to take on the man, where to kick it, when not to kick it; he goes into every single detail, he is the Pep Guardiola of the GAA," Burns said of O'Shea, who managed Kerry to All-Ireland glory in 2007.
There were seconds remaining in Sunday's Austin Stack Park showpiece when O'Shea enjoyed a lovely moment with Stephen Brosnan.
He's the brother of Crokes and Kerry star Tony, and is the stats man for the Dr. Crokes team.
"Big shoutout to our StatsMan Stevo Brosnan for his support through the season," Dr Crokes said on social media.
