As TJ Reid celebrated another Leinster hurling final victory on the pitch at Croke Park on Sunday evening, he was approached by a man wearing the Kilkenny number 12 jersey. It was not teammate Billy Ryan.
Instead, it was Bredagh club hurler Aaron Maguire, who - dressed head-to-toe in Kilkenny gear - had made his way onto the pitch for a picture with Reid.
Maguire sauntered past Croke Park security with the confidence of a man who had just played 70 minutes and approached Reid like they'd spent a decade together in the Kilkenny dressing room.
A bemused Shane Walsh was beckoned over to take the photo with Reid and the Down club man. Maguire - who was on his stag weekend in Dublin - also stuck around for a brief chat with Reid. "He's teaching him," joked one of Maguire's friends.

Shortly beforehand, Cillian Buckley had shocked Galway with a last second winning goal which claimed the Leinster title for Kilkenny. Reid scored nine points in the game with three coming from play.
Sunday's victory means that Kilkenny progress straight to the All-Ireland semi-finals on the weekend of July 8/9.
