The 2025 Electric Ireland Sigerson Cup is set to begin this week.
The GAA's blue riband third level gaelic football competition will be played under the old rules of the game. The Sigerson Cup never disappoints in terms of entertainment or spectacle and this year's competition is set to be no different.
The opening round of fixtures have been disrupted by the weather chaos that's engulfed Ireland this week. Three of Tuesday's Round 1 fixtures have been postponed, with new fixture info to be confirmed. Two of Wednesday's games will go ahead as planned, but two games have been moved to Friday.
