Tipperary's thrilling upset of Cork in the Eirgrid Munster U21 final yesterday evening saw the last of the provincial finalists crowned.
They meet the reigning champions Dublin in Tullamore on Saturday week, 18 April. Throw-in is at 4.00pm. Tipperary's triumph in Munster hasn't convinced the bookies to consider them likely All-Ireland champions. Of the remaining contenders, they have been pegged as definite outsiders.
It is the Rossies who are now highly fancied. Their current U21 team not only won Connacht in a hugely impressive manner (utterly humiliating Sligo and then beating a strong Galway side in a Tuam humdinger) but many of the players formed part of Roscommon's charge to promotion from Division 2.
They are now considered joint-favourites for the All-Ireland with the Dubs.
Their tie with Tyrone is scheduled for 6.00pm on Saturday April 18 in Markievicz Park.
