Giants will fall, underdogs will rise, get ready for a significant weekend of club GAA.

Saturday

Bennettsbridge v Clara, Kilkenny SHC Round One, Clubber, 1.30

Both teams had their moments in the League phase, but now it's knock-out. Bennettsbridge will be slight favourites but Clara are a seasoned team.

Toomevara v JK Brackens, Tipp SHC quarter final, Clubber, 5.00

Ken Dunne's Toomevara recovered from a slow start to top their group, with the prize of a knock-out clash against one of Tipp's up and coming teams.

Brackens flew out of the blocks with two from two only to be rocked on their heels by reigning champs Kiladangan in a twenty point defeat.

Toome's young talisman Darragh McCarthy will be worth watching alone in this Semple Stadium showpiece.

Portlaoise v St Joseph's, Laois SFC quarter final, Clubber, 7.15

Portlaoise will be eager to strike back in what is a repeat of last year's senior football final, where Joseph's came out on top.

Crossmaglen Rangers v Silverbridge, Armagh SFC Prelim QF, Armagh GAA TV, 6.00

Crossmaglen have had their injuries but showed a return to form, beating Granemore last time out. Silverbridge have also had a sluggish start to their campaign. It's knock-out now.

Sunday

Kenmare Shamrocks v Dr. Crokes, Kerry SFC Round One, Clubber, 2.00

They won the League and the club championship, now Dr Crokes are chasing the Kingdom's most coveted prize of all; the Bishop Moynihan Cup.

Sean O'Shea's Kenmare Shamrocks will give them a stern test starting off.

Kilruane MacDonaghs v Loughmore-Castleiney, Tipperary SHC quarter final, TG4 2.15

Dual club Loughmore-Castleiney have yet to be beaten in qualifying for the knock-outs of the senior hurling and football championships. But Kilruane are prize-fighters and this should be a close one, live on TG4.

Ballyhale Shamrocks v James Stephens, Kilkenny SHC relegation semi-final/round one, TG4, 4.00

Neither team got going in the League phase of the Kilkenny championship. Now it's last chance saloon.

Ballyhale have come from this position to win county championships before while Brian Cody's James Stephens are on the back of a win, after beating Glenmore last time out.

Naas v Sarsfields, Kildare SFC final round group game, Clubber, 4.00

This top-of-the-table clash should draw plenty of eye-balls with both teams unbeaten so far in the group.

Rhode v Ferbane, Offaly SFC quarter final, Clubber, 4.30

A repeat of the 2018 and 2019 finals, it's the pick of this weekend's Offaly SFC quarter finals.

Tuam Stars v Corofin, Galway SFC Round Three Group game, Stream Sport, 5.00

The local rivals go head to head in what should be an exciting game. Flawless Corofin look bound for the knock-outs but Tuam Stars will probably need a win.
