It's been a hugely productive few months for Cork camogie star Laura Hayes.
On Friday night, the St Catherine's wing back won an All-Star and was named PwC Camogie Player of the Year. It was a night to remember for the Rebels as they brought home eight PwC All-Stars and the manager of the year award for Ger Manley.
However, Hayes has been just as busy as off the pitch. The UCC graduate started her own business as well in the last few months in her home village in east Cork amid Cork's march to the All-Ireland.
Hayes told Meghann Scully of Balls.ie at Friday's PwC Camogie All-Stars that she launched her own coffee business on the eve of the 2024 All-Ireland camogie final.
I set up a coffee trailer literally two weeks before the All-Ireland final. I did a degree in food marketing in college and I wanted to go into something where I set up my own business.
So I set up my own coffee trailer down in our local village and it's been flying since, thank god, so if anyone ever wants to call it's called Full of Beans and it's in Conna village.
Hayes is one of the growing number of GAA players to open a coffee venture in recent years, with Conor Glass being perhaps the most well-known.
She opened her coffee business in a converted horsebox, and by all accounts, it's been a big success in the four months it's been open.
Hayes on PwC Player of the Year award: 'such an honour'
Last night at Croke Park, her attention was on the season that was for Cork.
It's such an honour to be even nominated, and to be chosen by the players, I'm just thrilled.
It's just incredible. Nothing will ever top the day of winning the All-Ireland with your team but it's really nice to have this night where maybe your friends and family are a bit closer to you, and you can spend the night with them and celebrate the achievements of the the team and then individually as well
