The 2023 Kildare GAA senior club football and hurling championship fixtures have been released with the football championship commencing on Friday, July 28th. The hurling championship began a week earlier on July 21st.
The preliminary round of the Kildare Senior Football Club (SFC) championship got underway on July 28th and 29th.
Following the preliminary stage results, each team has been placed in a group depending on their preliminary round performance. All winners of last weekend's results have been places in the same group, the losers of the matches have been placed in their own separate groups.
Reigning football champions Naas have been placed in the toughest group alongside Athy, Maynooth and Celbridge. Newly promoted Ballyteague will face Moorefield, Johnstownbridge and Kilcock in their Kildare senior football championship group.

Reigning hurling champions Naas met Coill Dubh in their opening round of this year's Kildare GAA club championship. The defending champions will face Ardclough next on August 12th.
