Section 6.9, Concerning Inter-County Transfers

As a final note on the Seanie Johnston affair, I thought readers might be interested to read Section 6.9 of the GAA's guidelines which deal with inter-county transfers and has been quoted by the Cavan county board in relation to its reluctance to grant Seanie Johnston a transfer. 48 weeks sounds pretty harsh.
