Scotstown marched into an Ulster Club Championship semi-final after a 0-13 to 0-10 victory over Burren at Pairc Esler after a fine Rory Beggan score.
The Monaghan champions had the recently crowned All-Star in their ranks and it proved valuable as the goalkeeper kicked 0-2, including a point from play. Beggan's placed ball prowess is renowned at this stage but the 26-year-old elected to go short for a one-two and easily slotted the ball over the bar.
Is there anything Rory Beggan can't do?

Shane Carey's 0-5 proved crucial as the Down champions were unable to claw back a half-time 0-3 deficit. The result means Scotstown will march on to play Derry Champions Eoghan Rua next.
