Kerry football legend Páidi O'Sé has eight All-Ireland's, 11 Munster titles, five All Stars, four National Football League medals and one win by way of knockout on his GAA record.
The Gaelic footballer had a brief stint as an amateur bare-knuckle-boxer, which actually ran simultaneously with his football career. In fact, there was so much overlap that his first and only bout happened during a match between Kerry and Cork.
Cork's Dinny Allen was first to fire with a well-timed spinning back fist but this only spurred O'Se on. The Kerryman landed flush with a stunning left hook on the button that sent his opponent crashing to the ground.
The referee rushed in to intervene, perhaps too eagerly judging by the embarrassing tumble, to award O'Se the KO victory.
Check out this remarkable footage of the brawl. It is important to note that neither player was sent off for the incident.
