Another Irishman is joining the AFL with Kerry's Padraig Lucey being signed by the Geelong Cats on a two-year deal.
Lucey was a contestant on Aussie Rules reality TV show, 'The Recruit' but was cut during episode nine. The 21-year-old stands at 6' 8" tall (according to Fox) and will join the AFL side as a category B rookie.
Tommy Walsh, another Kerryman, who won an All-Ireland in 2009 is currently with the Sydney Swans.
Earlier this month it was reported that Cian Hanley, brother of Pearce Hanley, would be joining the Brisbane Lions.
