The Opel All-Stars Football Team of the Year was revealed this morning.
It features six players from All-Ireland winners Dublin, four from losing finalists Mayo, two from Ulster Champions Tyrone and one each from Donegal, Kerry and Tipperary.
Somewhat surprisingly, despite being dropped for the All-Ireland final replay, Mayo goalkeeper David Clarke is included in the selection.

The 2016 Opel All-Stars hurling team of the year will be announced live on RTÉ One from 7pm on Friday evening. The Player and Young Player of the Year in both hurling and football will also be announced on the night.
