This next post needs you, the viewer, to come forward and help, pool your skills with the rest of the Irish public and find this hidden jewel, that surely would become a national treasure.
We could even persuade RTE to replace Brendan O'Connor's new show with reruns of this, over and over again.

Ladies u.16 final in Monaghan about 10years ago - full forward rounds the keeper about 20yards out and sends a weak shot trickling towards the empty net when the umpire (a man from the other club) leaves his spot and boots the ball before it crosses the line (Mick McCarthy style). He then calmly takes off his umpire jacket and makes his way out through the back gate. The ref shows him a red card as he walks away - the crowd is going mental and the ref has to hop the ball on the 20yard line which is cleared. I have all of this on cam-corder!!
He may be in the picture above, as it was taken during a recent record attempt to have as many unwelcome immigrants from one county put in one place and painted like smurfs, sadly this record was beaten quite soon afterwards by a small town in NornIron... If you know this man, please come forward and get in touch. [email protected]
