We all love a new piece of kit, especially when it looks pretty good.
Ahead of the new Allianz League season, Meath have released their new kit, and it's pretty tasty. Gone is the collar and the V-neck, and in comes a new nicer, lighter green.
It's a nicer, tigher fit - and it got rid of the hideous white line between the two yellow lines on the side - in favour of the three solid yellow. The yellow cuffs also add to the slick appeal, leaving me, and many others saluting O'Neill's for the effort.
Somehow, the Tayto Park sponsor looks shinier and brighter too, and I think works better with the new shade of green. It is a sign of how Irish this jersey is though, there's no danger of any Emirates logos appearing on any GAA jersey any time soon.
