We talk about injury porn here a lot and often give warning about photos not being for the squeamish but this one takes the biscuit.

According to Fergal Lynch, Kilmainham player Barry Lynch sustained this head injury when he accidentally ran into his brother in their Junior Football Championship final replay against Drumbaragh.

Play was stopped for ten minutes as Barry was put in a neck brace and stretchered off. Thankfully, Fergal later tweeted that Lynch was not too seriously injured, barring the nasty cut.
