Galway and Mayo get the Connacht Championship underway in earnest this weekend when they meet at Pearse Stadium. The teams first met in Claremorris in 1902 and Sunday's game will be the 77th Championship meeting between the two, with the score delicately poised at 38-38 in terms of victories. So you'd think the Mayo News would be spoiled for choice when it came to writing their 'Best Mayo-Galway Derbies' article. Apparently not.
