GAA Announce Croke Park Double-Header But Kildare Set To Refuse

It has been confirmed that the Cavan vs Tyrone and Kildare vs Mayo round 3 football qualifiers will be held in Croke Park next Saturday, 30th June at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively.

The draw for the qualifiers was made earlier today and produced Kildare vs Mayo, Armagh vs Clare, Leitrim vs Monaghan and Cavan vs Tyrone.

The Croke Park doubleheader will be televised live on Sky Sports. However, according to the Leinster Leader, Kildare and refusing to allow the fixture be moved from St Conlelth's Park and have informed Croke Park of this.

Cavan's Kingspan Breffni is currently under development and thus could not host Tyrone.

The winners of the round 3 qualifiers will play the losers of the provincial finals in round 4 for a place in the final eight.
