Clare pulled off an extraordinary late comeback in Thurles today thanks to scores from Podge Collins and a Peter Duggan double which secured an extraordinary 1-23 to 1-21 win over Tipperary.
Having trailed for the vast majority of the game, an Ian Galvin goal instigated a huge Clare run and despite Tipperary giving their best performance of this year's championship, they were unable to halt their Munster rivals run.

Trying to make sense of it all was Clare FM's Syl O'Connor and Tommy Guilfoyle. The duo had the unenviable task of describing the play while willing their county on and it made for some outstanding radio.
You can hear their fatigued but determined last gasp commentary here, from 1.38.30 onwards.
30 seconds.... Chase it! Chase it! Chase the break! Chase it! Keep it in play, keep it in play!
