Limerick Live 95's commentator Liam Aherne, who last year exhorted Munster Final referee James McGrath to blow his damn whistle and let the 'session' get going, was in superb form during the frantic finale of Limerick's surprising victory over Tipperary in Semple Stadium.

We were spoiled last year as far as glorious local GAA commentary goes with Aherne himself and Clare FM's Syl O'Connor stealing the plaudits. Listening to the breathless final five minutes here, we could be in for more this year.
