This is Lumen Christi Derry captain Ben McCarron taking ten solos and two bounces in yesterday's Mallon Cup Final against St Columban's Kilkeel at Edendork, Co Tyrone.

The fact that Ben looks about a foot taller and a yard faster than everyone else on the field brings back pretty vivid memories of junior-cycle GAA and rugby games where the biggest lad on the field essentially runs the game by himself. Special mention also to the Kilkeel 'keeper for his well-timed charge off his line.
