Things got tense in the Cavan junior football league this weekend. A vintage Lee Keegan-like moment occurred in the match.
As one of the Drumlane player's lined up to take a free kick, a member of the Cootehill sideline tactically tried to refresh one of their players and quench their thirst. Throwing a water bottle in their direction and also the free taker's.
The water bottle smashed into the ground right in front of the free-kick spot, bursting everywhere right as the ball was struck.
Resulting in the player scuffing his shot, and not connecting with the ball at all. Dropping the ball short and also wide of the target.
The match ended with Drumlane securing a five point win against Cootehill. The match finished with a scoreline of 1-12 to 1-07.

Lee Keegan's GPS Tracker Moment
The water bottle as a distraction in this Cavan match takes you back in time to remember Keegan's infamous moment in the 2017 All-Ireland football championship.
In the final moments of the 2017 All-Ireland football Final, Dean Rock lined up to take a crucial free kick which would put Dublin one point ahead to edge Mayo for a second year in a row to lift the Sam Maguire Cup.
In an effort to stop this from happening. Mayo's Keegan threw his GPS tracker at the feet of Rock in an attempt to put the prolific free-kick taker off. Much to the dismay of the Mayo fans and the joy of the Dublin fans, Rock wasn't fazed at all and struck the ball right between the two posts, giving Dublin yet another All-Ireland title.
Although Keegan's trick didn't work for him, Cootehill's take on the moment definitely helped them as the distraction worked this time round against the free taker.
Although the team lost in the end, the video capturing the moment ranks high amongst the exciting moments which happened during this jam-packed GAA weekend.
