Kilkenny is set to host Wexford in the final game of the round robin in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship in a game that will determine both counties' road to the Liam MacCarthy. Here's everything you need to know about Kilkenny v Wexford.

For Derek Lyng's side, they'll be looking to finish their round-robin campaign unbeaten. The Cats drew their opener away to Galway before beating Antrim convincingly and falling to a shock draw away to Carlow.

In round four, they traveled to Parnell Park to play an unbeaten Dublin side filled with confidence. In a very tight game, corner-forward Eoin Cody scored a goal in injury time to give Kilkenny a 1-28 to 2-23 win over the Dubs.

In Wexford's case, they'll be looking to finish their campaign strong with a win and to book their place in the Leinster final. Keith Rossiter's team started their campaign with a draw at home to Dublin at Chadwicks Wexford Park, following that up with a shock loss away to Antrim in Belfast before beating Galway at home. The Yellowbellies came out with the win comfortably last time out away Carlow, with the final score being 1-13 to 3-26.

A win for second place Wexford would put them into the Leinster final, while Kilkenny in first place only need a draw to book their place in the final.
