Westmeath are through to the semi-final of the Leinster Championship after a one point win against Offaly in Mullingar.
It was a game during which Offaly came within the minimum on several occasions but the equaliser did not arrive.

As the match edged to a close, Kieran Martin put Westmeath ahead by two with four minutes remaining. It was the Westmeath full forward's sole score of the day.
Minutes later, Martin would reportedly have involvement in some unwanted action.
According to Frank Roche in his match report for the Irish Independent, Martin was left bloodied as individuals entered the pitch post-match.
The game ended soon after, and had a controversial postscript as bodies came onto the pitch. Westmeath's Kieran Martin was ushered off by one the backroom staff with his nose visibly pumping blood – but he still managed a defiant fist pump to the crowd.
This image of Martin, with a bloody nose, was captured post-game by Sportsfile's Seb Daly. In the caption for the image, the cause is described an 'altercation at the final whistle'.
Will O'Callaghan, Head of Sport for Midlands 103, adds that Martin may have been left with a broken nose.
Reports of Kieran Martin having his nose broken and supporter going for the ref is more disappointing than the result

Contacted for a statement regarding a possible incident, PRO Aidan Walsh said that Westmeath GAA currently have 'No comment' to make.
