Meath beat Wicklow by four points on Sunday.
The game was full of incident. There were 36 scores in total, including five goals. It also featured red cards and penalties.
The second half was actually called "sensational" by commentator John Kenny during the just over two-minute highlights which the match received on the Sunday Game.
It was the brevity of the coverage which upset Wicklow manager Johnny Magee.
He tweeted rather sarcastically on Sunday night:
Well done @TheSundayGame all of 2 mins #greatjob
— Johnny Magee (@JohnnyMagee06) June 14, 2015
He also retweeted numerous people expressing the same sentiment as him.
@JohnnyMagee06 @TheSundayGame disgraceful showing again by the Sunday game. Give smaller counties fuck all time

@JohnnyMagee06 @TheSundayGame can't understand why they give the most time to games they've already covered. No wonder @whelo35 unhappy!

@oreillyseanwick @JohnnyMagee06 @TheSundayGame should do it like MOTD, they can cover 7/8 games in 1.5 hours, with similar guff been spouted

@jdavey5 @JohnnyMagee06 @TheSundayGame very true. Watching the Sunday game for the last 30 yrs and it's still the same boring drivel

@JohnnyMagee06 @TheSundayGame over 30 scores. Some dodgy decisions, was a joke showing. Not fair on ye. Lucky I went up

@JohnnyMagee06 @TheSundayGame laois hurlers got one minute 45 seconds, small counties don't count

So disappointed with coverage of Wicklow game... Game was closest margin of day and is only squeezed in at end

It should be noted that the Sunday Game carried interviews from both managers after the highlights and there was also a cursory 45-second analysis of the game from Ciaran Whelan.
