Joe Brolly was a guest on The Miriam O'Callaghan Show this morning, because RTÉ love having people who work on RTÉ on other RTÉ shows.
In fairness, it was an engaging chat with the Sunday Game panellist, who was joined by his niece Áine - a musician. But he might have met his match backstage at Montrose.
Also joining Miriam was Mullingar comedian and impressionist Conor Moore, whose version of Brolly confronted the real Brolly for our entertainment. Brolly's past remarks about Sean Cavanagh were worked nicely into the sketch, while Brolly - the actual Brolly - broke down into laughter.

There's just something wonderful about people being confronted by impressions of themselves. Who can forget when Apres Match's Billo sat down next to the great Bill O'Herlihy on The Late Late Show a couple of years ago?
