Opinionated GAA analyst Joe Brolly has taken to Twitter to react to some of those who've taken umbrage to his 'like it or lump it' response to anger at GAA clubs in Northern Ireland naming themselves after Republican paramilitaries.
One piece in particular, written by the Irish Times's racing correspondent Brian O'Connor, has caused a stir on Twitter.
O'Connor's explosive article got tongues wagging on the social media website this afternoon after he said that GAA clubs should start naming their clubs geographically rather than after paramilitary figures, more specifically, hunger striker Kevin Lynch.
Here was Joe Brolly's response:
News flash: In wake of shock discovery that Sam Maguire was an IRB assassin, All Ireland to be renamed "The Free State Press Corps Trophy"

Christ they're coming out of the woodwork. Apparently Roger Casement was a terrorist as well. Stadium to be renamed "Irish Indo Bowl"

In future, all GAA clubs and grounds are to be named after characters from 'The Quiet Man'. Loved that movie..

What do people do you think? Is Brolly's like it or lump attitude a bit too insensitive or fair game?
