Students of the Bsc in Public Health and Health Promotion degree at IT Sligo have produced this video to promote mental health and suicide awareness amongst Irish people.

Several stars of Irish sport including Jim McGuinness, Alan Quinlan, John Muldoon and Finian Hanley express the need for Irish people to talk to someone if they are having suicidal thoughts.
