This is a bit odd. Dublin take on Kerry in Tralee this evening, with The Kingdom hoping to claim the scalp of the All-Ireland champions. The build up to the game had been dominated by a departure from the Dublin camp, with rumours swirling that Jason Sherlock had left his role in the county's set up.
Sherlock has not been present at the county's first two league encounters, and it had been reported that he was no longer part of Dublin's management.
It appears now, however, that those reports were wide of the mark. Numerous on-site reporters had indicated that Sherlock was listen on the match programme with the rest of the Dublin panel, seemingly very much still part of Jim Gavin's backroom team.
Footage soon emerged of Sherlock getting off the team bus, very much to the confusion of the Eir Sport panel.

Senan Connell was quick to question where the story emerged from in the first place:
"One guy jumping on the band wagon, will he be made accountable for this?" @SenanConnell is not happy with the reports in the print media regarding Jason Sherlock this week. #AllianzLeagues pic.twitter.com/F1iNQNaYO5

Look, Jason Sherlock is here, he visible to everybody. We don't know what his role is going to be within the set-up, but he is definitely still involved with the side...
It could have been for various reasons. He could have been away, it could have been personal reasons, it could have been holidays. That picture says it all, he got off the bus with the team.
