The first half of the All-Ireland semi final between Tipperary and Cork wasn't exactly hurling for the purists but it was entertaining stuff nonetheless, the one real bright spark being Seamus Callanan's goal which separated the sides at half time.
Even though the clash was far from a classic, the action was enough to elicit some comment from one Joey Barton - his second foray into amateur GAA punditry in as many weeks.
