Dublin beat Wexford in the Leinster hurling Championship semi-final at Wexford Park on Saturday.
Late in the first half as Wexford's Andrew Shore attempted to make a clearance, Ryan O'Dwyer put body in the way and blocked the sliotar with his head, though obviously not intentionally.
The block left O'Dwyer laid out on the pitch. He was temporarily subbed off following the incident and was then permanently taken out of the game 8 minutes into the second half.
