Less than five minutes into the All-Ireland Club Football final between St. Vincent's and Castlebar Mitchels, Richie Feeney of the Mayo club was shown a black card by the referee.
Eddie Kinsella issued the card for a cynical third man tackle by the half forward. It's definitely one of the most obvious black cards we've seen so far since its introduction. Just totally unnecessary.
That's up there with the most idiotic fouls I've seen at Croke Park. Richie Feeney prepares for this game for weeks and then does that.

That's pretty brain dead from Richie Feeney #TheToughest #GAA @StVincentsGAA1 @MitchelsGAA

That is huge. A spectacularly bad decision from Feeney and one that could play a big part in this tie - his value to Castlebar is immense.

Castlebar didn't let the card affect them though, going into half time level with the Dublin side.
