If you're looking to make money this weekend from the four football championship matches then it's certainly not an easy task. The Dublin and Tyrone matches are too easy to call while there are still quite a few unknowns about all the teams in the other two matches.
Will Donegal struggle like they did after losing the Ulster final two years ago? Which Kildare team will show up? Are Galway that strong or will Donegal run riot?
With this in mind, we're staying awake from trying any doubles, trebles etc. and instead picking three singles bets that have caught our eye.
First up, in Saturday's match between Donegal and Galway, we're going to have faith in the Tribesmen to make this a close contest. The 2012 All Ireland champions may have had longer to recover than other provincial losers this year but Jim McGuinness comments during the week about how teams and management inevitably doubt themselves after losing a final shows just have bad an effect it can have on a team's psyche.
I still think Donegal will win but it will be by a slim margin.
Meanwhile on Sunday, Fermanagh present themselves as the next set of lambs to the slaughter for the Dublin juggernaut. Throughout this year - as far back as the beginning of the league - Fermanagh have been the best valued team in Gaelic football. And yet again there could be value in Pete McGrath's side this weekend.
While I doubt they'll come within an ass's roar of beating Dublin but they stand a chance of beating the spread of 14 points.
This week's picks
Three singles
Donegal to win 1-3 points at 11/4
Fermanagh +14 at 10-11
First score to be Dublin point from play at 6-5
