Mayo team news

Off the back of last week's stunning victory in Salthill, Mayo have named their 26 for Sunday's blockbuster clash.

There are two changes to the side that started the game against Galway, with Pádraig O'Hora - who did a massive job in Mayo's 2021 victory over Dublin - and Matthew Ruane returning to the team in favour of Kevin McLoughlin and Sam Callinan.

After his man-of-the-match display against Galway, Diarmuid O'Connor moves back from the half forward line into midfield.

Mayo have been known to put out red herring team announcements in the past, and it would be no surprise if there were changes to the starting XV on Sunday.

Mayo XV: Colm Reape; Jack Coyne, David McBrien, Pádraig O'Hora; Paddy Durcan, Stephen Coen, Eoghan McLaughlin; Matthew Ruane, Diarmuid O'Connor; Jason Doherty, Jack Carney, Jordan Flynn; Aidan O'Shea, Tommy Conroy, Ryan O'Donoghue
