There is just one GAA game and one camogie game live on television this weekend.
On Saturday evening, Derry take on Offaly in the Division 3 football final. The game - which will be live on TG4 from Croke Park at 5pm - will be the only Allianz Football League final played this season.
Despite playing Louth in the opening round of the Leinster Championship on June 27th, Offaly manager John Maughan decided he would prefer another game rather than having the weekend off. The other three league finals are not being played due to the proximity of the games to the start of the championship. Teams have instead shared the titles.
Both Derry and Offaly have already been promoted. Offaly will play in the top 16 teams next year for the first time since 2006, and Derry for the first time since 2017.
At the unusual time of 7:30pm on Sunday evening, Galway and Kilkenny meet in the division one final of the Littlewoods Ireland Camogie Leagues. The game, which will be live on RTÉ2, is a rematch of December's All-Ireland final, which was won by Kilkenny.
