GAA Confirm League Ticket Price Hikes And 2024 Season Ticket Change

The GAA has announced that Allianz Football and Hurling League ticket prices will increase for the 2024 season. It was also confirmed that the price of a season ticket will no longer include the opening championship match/matches.

For divisions 1 and 2 of the football league and division 1 of the hurling league, adult tickets will rise from €18 to €20. Prices previously rose from €12 to €15 for the 2019 season and €15 to €18 for the 2023 season. Student and OAP tickets will continue to cost €15.

Tickets for division 3 and 4 football league games will rise from €10 to €12 while student and OAP prices increase from €8 to €10.

Entry to division 2 and 3 hurling league matches will cost €10 while student and OAP tickets will be €8.

For under-16s, entry to league games will continue to be free except for reserved seating fixtures and games where capacity is a concern.

League packages will also be available.

Allianz League ticket packages

- Division 1 and 2 football: Seven matches for €100 (save €40). Four matches for €65 (save €15).

- Division 3 and 4 football:  Seven matches for €60 (save €24). Four matches for €40 (save €8).

- Division 1 hurling: Five matches for €75 (save €25). Three matches for €50 (save €10).

- Allianz League Division 1 and 2 finals: €30

- Allianz League Division 3 and 4 finals: €25

It has also been confirmed that GAA Season Tickets will cost €150 for football and €140 for hurling.

Season tickets cover all league fixtures for the holder's county, league semi-finals and finals, All-Ireland club finals and also guarantee championship tickets. All-Ireland final tickets, should the holder's county reach a decider, are also guaranteed if the individual meets the qualification criteria.

"The opening championship match(es) will no longer be included as part of the Season Ticket," the GAA said in a statement.

"However, the Association will have details of special Championship packages available in the New Year."

Club Plus Season Tickets, which include club fixtures within a chosen county, will remain at €250.

The GAA will continue its policy of not selling tickets at venues in 2024. All tickets must be purchased in advance on gaa.ie/tickets or in selected SuperValu and Centra stores.
