We're previewing this weekend's All-Ireland football semi-final by taking a look at three of the best value bets on Ladbrokes.
With most of the fall-out from Tyrone v Monaghan match centering around Tiernan McCann's dive, it has sadly taken away from the discussion around just how emphatic their performance was against the Farney men.
It's hard to judge how close they are to Kerry really. They could be beaten out the gate or they could run them very close. I've a feeling that many people are underestimating their quality.
One thing is for sure, the reigning All-Ireland champions are going to have their work cut out to break the Tyrone defence down. Just one of Tyrone's matches in their year's championship has broken the 32 total points barrier -namely their 0-24 to 0-17 win over Sligo - so I'm thinking the safest bet on Sunday is 'under 32.5 points' at 5/6 with Ladbrokes.
That bet of course comes with the caveat that Kerry scored 7-16 in their quarter-final. One doubts they'll rack up anywhere near the same total this weekend.
Elsewhere, Colm Cooper is 6/1 to win man of the match. While he's still only finding form those are odds that seem too good to turn down. And if you're feeling very cheeky, given the recent coverage, you can get 5/4 odds on someone being shown a red card.
