It can't be long until the GAA institutes a transfer window and we have a Sky Sports News-style deadline day on RTÉ. Up For The Match pair Des Cahill and Grainne Seoige could front the coverage.
The Irish Times reports that St. Vincent's will be acquiring the services of three players this year - all of whom have played inter-county football.
The most notable name is Mayo's Enda Varley.
Varley started for Mayo in the 2012 All-Ireland final against Donegal - scoring two points. He came off the bench in the 2013 All-Ireland decider against Dublin.
Along with Varley, Vincent's - who won the All-Ireland club football title in 2014 - can also count on Westmeath's Lorgan Smyth and ex-Galway player Fiacha Breatnach in 2016.
The news has left some GAA fans - and analysts - upset with the continuing flow of players into the Dublin club scene.
Ah for gods sake. This is turning into a farce https://t.co/Sr9JEIeYoL

@IrishTimesSport what a farce!! Poaching/pulling/jobs! It would want to be stopped now, before Dublin clubs take over!!

@IrishTimesSport Destroys the ethos of playing for your community, now we have super clubs! How can small clubs compete?
