Dublin have been relegated from Division 1 of the Allianz Football League for the first time since 1995.
The Dubs lost 3-13 to 1-18 against Monaghan in Clones on Sunday afternoon, sealing their fate.
Jack McCarron knocked over the winning score for Monaghan with the last kick of the game. Dublin had drawn level minutes earlier when Dean Rock converted a penalty.

A brace of McCarron goals was the dagger to Dublin's chances. The first came from the penalty spot after Gary Mohan was fouled six minutes into the second half.
His second, a lob over the head of Dublin goalkeeper Michael Shiel, was scored just moments after Monaghan captain Ryan Wylie was sent off in the 51st minute. Dublin's James McCarthy was also sent off in the 55th minute.
Sean Jones scored Monaghan's first goal after nine minutes of the first half, and they held a 1-7 0-8 lead at half-time.

Kildare have also been relegated from Division 1 while Galway and Roscommon are coming up from Division 2. It means there will be no teams from Leinster in Division 1 next year.
Dublin lost their opening four games to Armagh, Kerry, Mayo, and Kildare before notching wins against Tyrone and Donegal.
Kerry and Mayo will face off in the Division 1 league final.
