Dublin manager Damien Fennelly is looking forward to facing Meath in their next game of the Electric Ireland Leinster Minor Football Championship after his side's opening round victory over Louth on Wendensday.
It was a 1-15 to 1-10 victory for Dublin at Parnell Park. The Dubs had led by six points at the break but Louth reeled the hosts in during the second half, and trailed by a point with 10 minutes to play. Dublin finished strongly, scoring four points without reply to seal the win.
Kilmacud Crokes forward Noah Byrne gave Dublin the perfect start with a goal inside the opening minute.

"It's a championship game, the number one objective is to get a win, and that's what we did," Fennelly told Dubs TV.
"We played a highly competitive Louth team who are U16 champions from last year. They brought a brilliant coaching setup, brought attitude and intensity.
"I thought we did well. At the end of the day, this is the first time these lads have represented the county, this is the first time they've played in a championship game at this level. We're only going to take positives from it.
"This is a good, competitive panel. I thought our finishers did excellent. They came on and gave us that bit of energy when we needed. They played with their minds, played with their intelligence and stuck to their guns.
"We had patience and turnovers at the right time. We chased the ball up the field and got the scores when it mattered at the end. That's quite nice."
Meath defeated Westmeath 2-10 to 0-10 in Kinnegad on Wednesday in the other Group 2 game.
"There's a big carrot coming next week," said Fennelly.
"We get to travel down the road to play the neighbours. Meath are an excellent team. Stephen is a fantastic manager. This is what you play for. It's a great occasion for the lads on a Wednesday night. Can't wait."
