Derry are up against it in the All-Ireland Championship after suffering a heavy 3-17 to 0-15 defeat at home to Armagh on Sunday
Widely tipped to contend for the Sam Maguire Cup under Mickey Harte, Derry went on to win the Allianz League but have had a dire few weeks in the Championship itself.
Harte's men were caught out repeatedly on the counter-attack by Jim McGuinness' Donegal in the Ulster SFC semis, before suffering heavy defeats to Galway and now Armagh.
Derry took a 0-03 to 0-01 lead before Armagh's Connaire Mackin risked a needless sending off with just 10 minutes played but he remained on the field.
Armagh then found the net twice in 10 minutes with Ross McQuillan and Conor Turbitt both blasting the ball beyond Odhran Lynch.
By the time Rian O'Neill notched Armagh's third goal on the hour mark, the game was all but over as a contest with Kieran McGeeney's men winning by 11 points.

Lee Keegan highlights worrying trend for Derry
The scrutiny has ramped up on Derry after their latest loss, with Harte now under pressure to arrest their slide and - speaking on The Sunday Game - ex-Mayo star Lee Keegan has singled out their lack of development.
Consistently found out when turned over for possession and under the high ball against Donegal, Keegan stressed that Derry have failed to address the issue.
I don't think they have learned anything since the Donegal game," he said.
"If anything, they have gotten worse. It is evident from what we have seen today.
"They was no structure to them, no confidence and they are a team that have no belief at the moment.
"They look dead on their feet and they were overran by Armagh from minute one until the last. The game was over at half-time to be honest."
"The belief, pomp and confidence has been battered."

Kerry legend Tomas Ó Sé doubled down on the issue, giving light to the sheer amount of points The Oak Leaf County has shipped as a result of the problem.
'The issue for a lot of Derry people I'd say is there has been no change, they keep doing it.
"They conceded 1-5 today from long kickout and 2-09 from turnovers. That is three goals and 14 points on that alone."
Tyrone legend Sean Cavanagh, who played under Harte, suggested that the manager's stubborness could be working against him in relation to the issue.
