Derry are set to host their Ulster rivals Armagh this weekend as the All-Ireland Football Championship reaches the second round of round-robin fixtures. Here's everything you need to know about Derry v Armagh.

For Derry, they will be looking to bounce back following a few disappointing results following their league title win. After losing to Donegal in Ulster, Mickey Harte's side travelled down to Pearse Stadium to face Galway in round one of the football championship round-robin.

The Oak Leaf County played the majority of the game with 14 men as a stamp by Gareth McKinless on Damien Comer's lower-leg in the 2oth minute led to the Ballinderry man seeing red. Galway would use the extra man to their advantage to go on and win 2-14 to 0-15.

In Armagh's case, they will be looking to make it two wins in a row in the championship round-robin. In round one, the Orchard County played hosts to Westmeath, where five points from Rory Grugan helped lift Kieran McGeeney's side to a 0-16 to 0-11 win.

For Derry, a win for them would give their chances of advancing out of the groups and into the preliminary quarter-finals a boost while a win for Armagh would see them guarantee at-least preliminary quarter-final and in with a chance to top the group and grab a bye to the quarter-final.
