They say its been a vintage year for hurling but it pales compared to the year its been for hurling songs.

The market is currently saturated with Clare hurling songs. When the history of music is written, people will remember Beatlemania in the 60s, punk in the late 70s, grunge in the early 90s and the Clare hurling song movement of 2013.

Cork have been less prolific but have chipped in with a couple of superb efforts.
