As the old saying goes you can take the girl out of the country, but you can never take the country out of the girl, and it seems the same goes for Davy Fitz and hurling.
The Wexford team are gearing up for their biggest game so far this year as they take on Kilkenny in Wexford Park on Saturday, but after getting involved in an on-field clash with some Tipperary hurlers a few weeks ago their iconic manager is banned from being on the touchline.
Tickets for the game were snapped up with thousands queuing outside Wexford Park on the morning they went on sale including former players from Wexford's All-Ireland winning team, and with the huge amount of interest the game is generating it seems Davy Fitz will do anything to make sure he gets a good view of the action.

After having to watch his side dispatch of Laois from the stands, it is being reported that the higher powers of Wexford GAA have organised a make-shift corporate box for Davy to observe the game from.
The Irish Independent describes his seat as a 'special box within a box': the Wexford manager is going to be placed in the press area but will be cordoned off from the journalists who will surely want to leave a few stray microphones in with him.
Wexford's game throws in at 7pm on Saturday evening, and if you're one of the thousands who failed to pick up a ticket the game will be live on Sky Sports.
